These Terms govern your use of Glidepath, operated by Ardenholt LLC ("we", "us"). By using Glidepath, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Glidepath is software we provide as-is: a private runway calculator and job-loss financial planner. We will work hard to keep it useful, but we offer no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, except where required by law.
Not financial advice
Glidepath provides calculators, education, and organization — not financial, investment, tax, or credit advice. Its projections are estimates based on the numbers you enter and simplified assumptions; your lender's actual terms control. For decisions with real consequences, consider a licensed financial advisor or a nonprofit credit counselor.
Your plan, your responsibility
Your plan lives on your device, protected by your device passcode and biometrics; we hold no copy (see Privacy). That design means you are responsible for your device security, your backups and exports, and for deciding who can access your plan and its printed or exported copies. We cannot recover a plan from a lost, wiped, or inaccessible device.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Glidepath to harm others or store data you have no right to hold.
- Don't attempt to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law.
Payments & refunds
Glidepath is a one-time purchase of $24.99 for lifetime access, charged via Stripe; the price is shown before checkout. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal — we never bill you again. One-time purchases are non-refundable after 14 days, except where required by law.
Termination
You can stop using Glidepath at any time; your plan is yours to export or delete on-device. We may suspend website services (like the waitlist) if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated, with notice where feasible.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of Glidepath is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in that state.
Changes
If these Terms change materially, we'll update this page and the effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
