These are the terms for Glidepath, operated by Ruzylo Cloud, LLC. Using this site means accepting them. If you do not, do not use it — nothing here requires an account, so leaving costs you nothing.
What the service is
Glidepath is an educational planning tool. It takes figures you supply, applies published rules about severance, state unemployment and COBRA, and returns an estimate of how long your money lasts. It is provided as it is, without a warranty that it fits your circumstances, and it can be changed or withdrawn.
Not financial, tax, or legal advice
Nothing here is advice about your situation. It does not know your state's current rules as your state applies them, your tax position, or what is written in the agreement in front of you — and it does not pretend to. Your state agency's determination governs your unemployment; your plan administrator's quote governs your COBRA; your severance agreement governs your severance.
Verify before you rely on any figure, and if there is a release to sign, an hour with an employment attorney is worth more than any calculator, including this one.
Estimates, and what they assume
The unemployment figures are estimated from a table of state maxima and durations that states amend, so they can be out of date and every one of them can be overwritten with your own. By default Glidepath treats salary continuation and unemployment as a relay rather than a stack — the claim begins when the continuation ends — because that is the common case, not the universal one. Where your state differs, adjust the inputs; the assumption is stated on the page so that you can.
Your figures are yours
Figures you enter stay on your device and are not transmitted to us. We therefore hold no copy, provide no backup, and cannot recover anything you lose. Keeping your own record of anything that matters is your responsibility, and clearing your browser data clears it.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site to break the law, to harm others, or to attack the service or the people using it.
- Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the site's content or its estimates as your own product.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or interfere with the service beyond what the law permits.
Price, and payment
Nothing on this site is for sale today. Glidepath is not yet priced, and no figure has been set — the price is published on the landing page before launch and before anything can be bought, which is why no amount appears anywhere on this sheet.
When there is a price, purchase terms including any refund window are published here at the same time. Joining the register does not create an order, does not reserve a price, and does not place a card on file; it is an email address on a ledger and nothing more.
The register
The register is one email address, used once, on the day Glidepath ships. You can ask us to remove it at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or discontinue the register itself, in which case the addresses on it are deleted rather than kept.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Ruzylo Cloud, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which today is nothing — or fifty dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any consumer rights you hold under the law where you live are unaffected.
